Downed Progress Bar completely full after getting downed
Bungie Account Name - AsianMoPho#5155
Platform - Steam
Description of Issue - Playing as Triage, was downed in a gunfight. The progress bar for bleeding out after getting downed was immediately full red, instead of starting white then progressively filling with red. I was still alive and able to crawl around until I was finished.
Rough Date and Time of issue - March 18, 2026 at around 10:50 PM PST.
Repro steps - N/A
