Voice Chat not working one way

Hello yesterday I joined a friend and could not hear him while he could hear me. Next to his name was the speaker/microphone icon and it showed him talking but no audio came through, we played a game with no comms then when we loaded into the second game I could hear him, butonly for a few minutes because it went away not long after it started.
