Persistent Crashes with an Intel Processor after 1.0.5 Update

Beating a dead horse here - but want to reiterate that this game is unplayable in the current state for intel Ultra users. Bungie has yet to say A FUCKING WORD other than automated responses: 

My specs, steam user: 

Intel Core Ultra 9 285k (3.7 Ghz)

nVidia 4080 SUPER (16 Gb)

Motherboard: Asus Z890 Max gaming wifi7

32 GB Ram

Like everyone else - I hard crash, no error code. Game shuts down and I'm back to the desktop. This occurs every 1-2 minutes once in a game. Menus seem to be fine. Several crashes immediately on load in. Over the course of troubleshooting I've crashed 40 or 50 times. 

I have tried: 

Updating Nvidia drivers

Reinstalling most recent Windows update

Reinstalling Marathon

Updating Intel Management Engine

Updating BIOS

Uninstalling/Reinstalling BattleEye

Basically everything I've seen in these forums with no success. The lack of any information from Bungie is maddening. I will be requesting a Steam refund if this doesn't get resolved quickly.
