Died on lift at outpost into pinwheel, unable to be revived by teammates.
Called in the lift for pinwheel on outpost, I got downed and died on the moving cargo platform. Teammates lived and attempted to resurrect me. But I died when the cargo create was moving, and my body create did not ground to the platform. It was left floating, making it impossible to resurrect me, due to the platform moving the players away from the body create. (see image)
