Game crashing on load / ~1 minute into match since today's update (March 17)
Since today's update (March 17) I've been experiencing consistent crashes either when loading into a game or roughly one minute into a match, making the game completely unplayable in its current state. Before this update, I would get maybe one crash every two days and it was always in the menu never once during an actual game. This kind of in-game crash has never happened to me on any other title either, so I'm confident this isn't a hardware issue on my end.
For reference, my specs are: NVIDIA RTX 5080, Intel Core Ultra 7 265K (Arrow Lake), 64GB RAM, game installed on an SSD. I've already tried the obvious fixes ; all overlays are off and my GPU drivers are fully up to date. Nothing has changed on my end other than today's patch.
Has anyone else run into this since the update? Really hoping this gets looked at soon as I can't get through a single session right now. Any help or workarounds would be greatly appreciated.

Same issue, I have noticed I am able to complete a raid on Dire marsh and Perimeter but will crash either immediately or within a minute of loading into Outpost without fail. I have been installing and reinstalling the game, my drivers and even C++ and have tried lowering settings to lowest possible or running as admin but nothing seems to work. Played for hours straight yesterday without a crash so it is not my specs.
Running Nvidia RTX 5060, Intel Ultra 7 256KF, 32 GB ram and game is on an SSD external.
Hello there,
Thank you very much for reaching out to us. I'm sorry to hear that you are having stability issues since the latest patch. We've received reports of this issue and are investigating it further.
Hello again everyone,
The fix I came up with yesterday was:
Updating your BIOS (dont do any tuning apart xmp/expo) and Intel Management Engine.
After that I suggest also:
Go to the location where your game is installed, for me its C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Marathon\battleye
Right click on Uninstall_BattlEye -> Run as Administrator -> uninstall it
Then
Right click on Install_BattlEye -> Run as Administrator -> install it
You can also just delete the insides of this folder and game/steam will redownload it back.
If that doesnt work then I am out of ideas and this probably needs official fix.
