I linked my bungie account to my twitch and I have not received the Tau Ceti Cup Twitch Drops

I linked my bungie account to my twitch and I have not received the Tau Ceti Cup Twitch Drops,  I have done all steps that I was told by bungie and twitch and still nothing also there is no refresh button on bungie.net for partners rewards.

Twitch replied saying: 

You'll need to contact Marathon's game support directly and provide them with:

  • Your Twitch username: zaydaqwyf6p
  • Your Marathon game account name: PlopperthePig#7914
  • The drop names: (Tau Ceti Cup - Emblem, Background, and Sticker)
  • The claim dates: (March 14, 2026)

    We're still investigating an issue with twitch drops. Please make sure that you also checked your mail in-game.
