Can't connect to psn

Both Destiny 2 and Marathon tell me they cant connect to psn and to check my internet and psn status. They check out green on my end and my other live service games are workimg fine so its on your end please fix ASAP

    Thanks for reaching out.

    Could you try the following to connect to PSN:

    • Confirm PSN status

      • Check the official PlayStation Network Service Status page for your region to make sure all services are up and running.

    • Run the PS5 network test

      • On PS5, go to Settings > Network > Connection Status > Test Internet Connection and confirm:
        • Internet connection: Successful
        • PlayStation Network sign‑in: Successful
        • NAT type: reported normally (e.g., Type 2)

    • Perform a Full power cycle

      • Fully power down your PS5, unplug it for 30 seconds, then plug it back in and start it up again.
      • Launch Marathon again and see if the error persists.

    Hello,

    I am having the same issue. I tried all the above:

    - confirmed connection to psn/ I logged onto other games as well

    - ran the network test and had a connection (type 2/ 59down)

    - fully cycled the power

    - I also reset my modem 

    Still getting a "Unable to connect to playstation network...". Can you help?
