Broken movement tech that needs to be removed

The movement tech shown in the video above needs to be removed as soon as possible.
Additionally, the Thief's grappling skip should also be removed.
Not only do these mechanics raise the barrier to entry, but they also make the game feel unfair to existing players, causing them to quit.
I've personally seen many players leave for this exact reason.
Bungie, PLEASE remove the movement tech from the video and the grappling techniques that bypass the Thief's cooldown as soon as possible.

Unlimited grappling as Thief is not an intended feature. It is a bug that gives an unfair advantage against other by players bypassing the entire balancing of Thiefs abilities and core upgrades loot value.... This is where people report bugs right?
