Crew Invites Sent During Game Startup.

Description of Issue - Every time I launch the game I see a popup on the bottom right that says "Crew Invite Sent". I cannot tell if an invite is actually being sent to anyone, as the profile picture shown on the invite sent notification does not match that of anyone on my friend's list, but I am concerned that it may be possible that these invites are getting sent to someone.
Rough Date and Time of issue - This issue started on 3/13/2026, and as of now (3/14/2026) continues to persist.
Repro steps - I am not sure what originally caused this issue to occur, however, I believe this is the result of either: 1. Accidentally inviting a friend who is not online to a crew and then closing the game, 2. Complete game crash causing the game to close during matchmaking and then reconnecting to the match.
I find that this may be a concern if it is found that this actually is spamming crew invites to someone, but if the invites are being sent to nobody then the issue is negligible.

It would seem that as of today (3/15/2026) the issue has resolved itself, as when I launched the game to record the clip no invite notification appeared and nothing seems out of the ordinary. My best guesses as to what fixed this issue are: 1. Closing the game before signing in and reaching the main menu, 2. Restarting the PC, 3. Accepting/declining all incoming friend requests.
