Thank you for the report. We're seeing a rise in reports of graphics issues occurring on the RX 580 and other AMD cards, and we are currently investigating. Please be sure to keep your GPU drivers and Windows version up to date in the meantime.
I found the solution, guys!! I made my own post to fix it — it’s at least the only option I have, but it works. Follow the steps carefully. Go to my profile or search for: “RX 580 Driver Crash Fix (Use Adrenalin 23.5.2)”. I hope it helps you too. I'm having fun playing with friends. n.n
Hi Nirmax. Yeah, I tried that when the game first came out since there wasn’t any other solution. But more than a fix, it’ll probably turn into a problem later on. Rolling back your drivers to older versions will only end up causing issues for your graphics card.
When I tried playing like that for a few hours, I started getting blue screens, which I really wouldn’t recommend dealing with. On top of that, because of the driver rollback, your PC will run slower and other games will perform worse since you won’t have the updated drivers.
I don’t think it’s a viable solution. The best thing we can do is keep raising our voices so Bungie fixes this problem as soon as possible.
