Triage - Self Res - Bully not working

Hello Bungie. 

I am sorry to say that I'm pissed at the game at the moment. We know bugs can happen, but this one is quite a major one. How can your gun simple stop working during gameplay??

• Issues: After Self-ress as seen in the clip, my bully won´t reload, won´t shoot or do anything. I literally had to activate my ultimate but I got killed in the meantime. 
• Rough Date and Time of issue - 14th of March 18:00 CET
• Repro steps - No idea what caused this, but its a massive issue for a game where you loose everything on death. I just lost my key :(
