Cannot progress Cyac Faction reputation, this issue is being dismissed by support.
Multiple posts have been made about this issue there is clear evidence this is a bug and not working as intended.
Cyac is bugged for many players with some players experiencing contract disabled mid contract this is not a standard hit level 20 to get more story contracts case. The level at which the faction is disabled is not consistent across players.
However bungie support has closed multiple of these posts stating "Thanks for reaching out! Rest assured this is normal and players will need to progress through other factions when they see this." But this is not being investigated properly and dismissed as a standard feature when the community is clear that the situation needs more information.
It is not sufficient to list it is intended without clear explanation about the path forward. Since there is significant evidence to the contrary from the community I'm asking bungie to investigate this issue in earnest instead of dismissing a large number of reports with no explanation. Bungie please respond.

Yea, please investigate this further. There’s no way a random standard contract that’s not finished suddenly being disabled is working correctly.

Was in the middle of an ongoing, non-priotity contract when that same "contract disabled" card was shown. I cannot reroll to activate a different contract and cannot do any non-priotity contracts with cyac. This is different than completing all of the priority contracts and needs addressed.

Really hope that somebody who knows what's happening gets eyeballs on this, because this is absolutely not intended gameplay behavior.
-1000 bungie support integrity. They have closed every ticket with no communication other than "normal behavior". Horrible way to address a communities concern about an issue.
Multiple people have this issue. I dont think this is intended behaviour. How can it be designed such that you cannot perform any contract whatsoever?
Will keep upvoting this issue till it gets the attention required.
Bungie Support We will not rest assured, this is clearly not normal. If it is normal it's really horrible user experience. There is no indication in-game that what is happening is to be expected, we've all seen the primary contracts for CyAc become disabled at a certain level, but this is the Standard Contracts. Additionally, nearly all reports people are providing are for contracts that were in progress then entered this disabled state all of a sudden.
This is not the same as the primary contracts that become closed off so you progress elsewhere, this is just standard contracts become broken for CyAc. Many of the people reporting this have friends and family who they are watching progress with additional standard contracts with CyAc just fine, progressing much farther and higher level with CyAc than we are able to because our Standard Contracts are just broken in this disabled. Please stop dismissing this as working as intended.
