Implant 'Sprint kit V2' has some hidden stats which only appear in loadout menu, but not in description. or it is a bug.
In loadout menu it reduces heat capacity to 0, while not having any heat capacity properties at all.

We're aware of a visual issue where this implant seems to reduce your Heat Capacity, and are investigating to resolve this as soon as possible. Please rest assured this is purely visual and the implant's effect is still working as intended.
Thought I was going crazy, glad I'm not alone in noticing this lol.
