Opening map mid jump causes game crash
Title explains the issue, if you open the map whilst jumping you will cause a game crash. This is not a rare issue, It's very easy to trigger.

I'm sorry to hear that you are crashing when pulling up the map in the game. We've received reports of this issue and are investigating the underlying issue further.
Its beyond that, just opening the map will reliably cause the game to crash, I can now expect it at least once a session. I am now afraid to open my map.

If you are able to replicate this or encounter it again, please use your platform's capture button to take a video. You can upload the footage to a public video hosting site, like YouTube, then post the link here and I will pass it on to the dev team.
Honestly, right now I'm discouraged to play the game because I have lost over half of my vault to checking my map. If I am feeling brave maybe I will run some free kits and try and document the error. I will get you a link, if that is the case. I appreciate you guys following up
Can the game be modified when after a crash it doesn't play the intro videos for sony and bungie and just goes to the title screen to sign in? This could easily be done to make it where people can at least get back in right away after a game crash...
