Final mastery challenge "Trifecta" for Recon not working.
Did the challenge multiple times and still have not been given it. I have a recording of the most recent completion if that is needed. Help would be awesome!

We are aware of players reporting this issue and are investigating.
If you have some sort of verdict, would each player have to redo the challenge?
I would also like to report I believe this happened to me, killed 3 runners after ability and didn't get credit.
