Playing using PS5 content sharing, but the bonus content isn't showing up.
Hello,
I pre-ordered the Marathon Deluxe Pack using my PS5 account.
I'm currently playing on a different account on the same console that I frequently use.
Currently, the following bonuses are not reflected:
・Pre-order pack
・Deluxe pack
・PS Plus subscriber digital bundle
I have content sharing enabled, and the terms of service state it should be available, so I'm confused.
I would like you to address this issue.

For each PSN profile, visit https://www.bungie.net in a browser and sign in with each PSN.

The situation did not improve even after taking the above measures.
Regarding the issue mentioned above, the account I’m currently using to communicate with you is the very same account linked to the PSN account I actually use to play the game.
I’m not entirely sure how it works, but I used that PSN account when creating this post.
I currently have two Bungie accounts; the first one I created is the account that didn’t purchase the Deluxe Edition (the account I’m using to write this message right now).
My concern is that—though this is just a possibility—I have never logged into the game using the account that purchased the Deluxe Edition of Marathon. Could this be the cause of the issue?
If necessary, I am willing to share more detailed information, such as my PSN details.
I would greatly appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter.
I am a big fan of the game, so I am very disappointed that I am unable to enjoy the benefits of the Deluxe Edition.

I tried completing the tutorial on the account where I purchased the Deluxe Edition, and sure enough, the bonus content was applied.
However, this bonus content has not yet been applied to my other account.
I would like to request that you look into this again, but if resolving this is difficult, would it be possible to at least request a refund and then repurchase the Deluxe Edition on the account I want?

I realize I might not be able to receive the pre-order bonus, but I would at least like to receive the Deluxe Edition bonuses.
As I mentioned earlier, I will provide you with my PS account information and other details, so please take the necessary action.
Below is an image showing the bonuses applied to an account that purchased the Deluxe Edition.
Since it looks like I can still get the pre-order bonus if I buy it today, I’ll go ahead and purchase the Deluxe Edition on a different account.

It seems that after purchasing the Deluxe Edition again with a different account, all the bonuses were successfully applied.
All that’s left is to get a refund on the account where I originally purchased the Deluxe Edition, and everything will be resolved.

Thanks for the update, and I’m glad to hear the bonuses are now showing correctly on the account you actually play on.
Marathon’s Deluxe, pre-order, and PS Plus bonuses are tied to the specific PSN account that bought or claimed them on and the Bungie account linked to that PSN account. Completing the tutorial on the purchasing PSN and seeing the bonuses there means the entitlements are working as intended on that account.
These entitlements do not transfer across to a different PSN or Bungie account on the same console, even with console sharing enabled.
At this point, getting a refund for the original Deluxe purchase on the other PSN account can only be handled by PlayStation Support, since Marathon support doesn’t have access to PS Store billing or the ability to reverse PlayStation Network transactions.
Please contact PlayStation Support from the PSN account that made the first Deluxe purchase and request a refund. You can explain that you purchased the bundle on the wrong profile and have re-purchased it on your main account.
