Server Slam Rewards "Claimed" ERROR (Complex Study Emblem)

When I logged in today on Mar 10 I claimed my profile reward from my mailbox. Its the profile emblem complex study, and I still don't have it. Not to mention my twitch drops I have claimed; the one for the purple and white long shot. Still needs to be resolved big issue!
