LINK/UNLINK CROSSPLAY twitch drops bugs
i originally played the beta on the PlayStation but linked to Xbox and bought the game on it now it's my primary for both I realized on the beta i had claimed the silk worm kit and even watched all 8 hours now even with the new event where are my items going to because you guys won't allow me to unlink and link this is a
huge problem for me because i spent time watching twitch to gain the rewards you should allow linking and unlinking of accounts for this issue can you introduce a code system so i can input my twitch drops this is absurd all my items aren't in my account from the drops geekrr7 in my main primary for xbox and got it linked to PlayStation my twitch username is kristianhlji8a
You guys need to allow unlink and link this is why I’m having a issue

If your Twitch account was linked to a different Bungie profile during the Server Slam, the Twitch drops from that period are tied to that original Bungie profile. If both of your platform accounts were linked to the same Bungie account when claimed the drops, then they will be available on both platforms. Linking and unlinking Twitch accounts cannot move drops that were claimed prior to linking a new platform account.
As long as your Twitch account is linked to the same Bungie profile you use for Marathon, future Twitch Drops will apply to that Bungie profile and be available on any linked platform where you play Marathon on that Bungie profile.
