MIDA robbed me?

Traded my Thoughtwave Lens for the x4 Smoke Nades in the MIDA armory and a Volatile Compounds for x4 Claymore Mines at 6:56 PM, March 7 and didnt receive the smokes or the claymores. It took my mats but didnt give me the items, wasn't in my vault, not in my inventory, nor in the mail
