Where are the rewards for pre-ordering the Deluxe version of the game?
I pre-ordered the Deluxe version of the game, but I didn't receive any rewards, and I also didn't receive the premium pass! There is no voucher for a premium pass in the inventory. Additional silk was also not obtained. What was the money paid for?

Both my friends were able to access their rewards like skins even in the server slam while I wasn’t. I figured this would change when the base game was released unfortunately that wasn’t the case. It very frustrating to see that my friends were able to access their content before the base game release and after yet I got nothing.

You should be able to activate your Reward Pass by proceeding through the steps to purchase the Premium Reward Pass in-game as normal. Along the way you should see an option to redeem your Premium Reward Pass Voucher.
Please note that the voucher may not appear in your Vault or be visible to you in-game outside of the redemption screen.
The pre-order rewards were also sent out previously. Note that there is no in-game notification or mail message when receiving pre-order contents.
