The rewards for reaching level 10 and level 30 during the Server Slam were already sent out. If you aren't seeing them but you managed to reach those levels during the Server Slam, it's possible they were already claimed them from the mailbox.
To confirm that you successfully earned the Twitch Drop, locate your "Redeem Code" page in your Bungie.net account and then click on "Partner Rewards." Your Twitch Drops will appear on this page.
If you're unable to locate the Twitch Drop:
Click the "Refresh" button at the top of the page beside "Missing Twitch Rewards" and the page will update with any Twitch items you've earned.
If the Twitch Drop doesn't appear, log in to Twitch's website and view your Drops Inventory to see all the Drops you've earned. Click on the "Claim" button on any Marathon Drops that have that option below them, go back to your Partner Rewards area, and click the "Refresh" button to get the Drop to appear.
Unearned Marathon Twitch Drops will not appear on this page.
If the Drop still doesn't appear, you may need to connect or reconnect your Twitch profile to your Bungie.net account and follow the above steps.
I have done all the following including unlinking and re-linking my twitch account. I have even triple checked my twitch drop page to confirm. I am still missing.

All the drops i have on my bungie account are from March 6th-11th. The ones I am missing say they are confirmed and connected according to my twitch account and according to them they were unlocked some time between Feb 26-27. "16 days ago" as of typing this according to the twitch website.

I meant for watching people stream the game on twitch, i didnt actually play during the server slam.
