Twitch Sponsor Kit Bugged
I claimed the Twitch sponsor kit from my ingame mail, but it did not appear bc my vault was full and I did not get a pop up for vault overfill. I'm pretty sure it just deleted itself because it couldn't fit in my vault.

I have the exact same issue, claimed it but it didn't appear in vault.
Same issue here.
Mine showed up a day later (there was vault space for it, I guess)
