Collector's Edition - Steam - Still no game voucher
I pre-ordered the Collector's Edition for steam and while the physical products have arrived, I have yet to receive most of the digital rewards, most notably the game itself. I placed the order last week on the 26th of February and I'm quite disappointed I missed out on being able to play day one due to whatever is causing the delay for the email with my game voucher. I've sent a ticket with my order number already shortly past midnight on the 5th in hopes I'd be able to play Marathon on time, but the auto response told me the ticket queue times have increased, thus I should allow 2-3 business days for a response. I have no hopes of playing today or the weekend as a result. I know there's some issues with the rollout for the deluxe edition, twitch drop, and server slam items, but I just really want to play the game. I'd buy the game directly from steam despite having bought it already, but I fear that it'd mess with my account's registered game edition or that I won't be able to redeem the game voucher when it did come. Furthermore, I wouldn't be able to refund the game either because I'd play way past the refund time period for steam...
So, I'm wondering if there's any other collector's edition buyers that are having the same issues that I am. I bought the Halo: Reach Legendary Edition long ago and it came with a physical copy of the game and I believe it came with redeemable digital codes. For the future, I'd like to suggest that if one were to buy a collector's edition of a Bungie game, that a physical game voucher be included. Or at the very least have it delivered on time, especially if it's pre-ordered. As a long time Bungie fan, I was excited to play Marathon, but sadly my excitement has died down due to circumstances outside of my control.

Hi I also bought the collectors edition on 3/3 and I haven't received any of the digital rewards or game except for the preorder skins (most likely because it was sent by a 3rd party. I have made 3 tickets hoping I would get an answer to be able to play this weekend with my last one on Friday to give them the 2-3 days for a response but still nothing. On the 6th I got all of my physical rewards like the statue so the order went through and I've checked multiple times a day to make sure it was the Steam edition (it is) and if its in my spam/junk (unfortunately not). Honestly its super disheartening I spent over $250 to play this weekend and I didn't even get a chance.
Sorry to hear you're in the same boat as I am, though it is nice to know I'm not the only one with this issue! I did get an email back from support today regarding my ticket at 8AM, but unfortunately it was just to say that the Marathon emblem and background are being prepared to be sent to me in 24-72hrs, which is only a small part of the problem, and I've received them already via SendOwl on the 5th at around 8AM. I emailed them back stating that I haven't received anything else that's supposed to come with the collector's edition, most importantly the deluxe edition of the game, but it has been nearly 10 hours ago now with no direct response to that. So, it feels like it isn't much of a priority to them at all. Having waited 2-3 days after pre-order expecting the emails to come in as stated, then waiting 2-3 days after launch day for a response that doesn't address the issue is just disrespectful. I'll likely never order a game this way through the Bungie store unless they change their system on how it's delivered, but honestly even if they did, I probably won't still after this terrible experience.
