Can't load game past initial loading screen.
I can't load the game past the initial loading screen. It freezes within the first few seconds. Trying to play on Steam.
I have done multiple troubleshooting steps to try to fix this problem. I have:
- Restarted the computer
- Verified game integrity files
- Reinstalled the game three separate times
- Reinstalled the game on a different drive
- Launched the game in windowed mode
- Lowered screen resolution and refresh rate
- Started the game as an admin
- Disabled Steam overlay and Nvidia overlay
- Disabled full-screen optimization
- And more I can't recall at this moment.
My system details are below:
- Processor Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-9700K CPU @ 3.60GHz 3.60 GHz
- Installed RAM 16.0 GB
- Graphics Card NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080 (10 GB)
Really hoping for an answer here as I'm nearing the refund window and would prefer not to have to refund.

what's your resolution set at? I was experimenting to see if I can squeeze out more fps so I tested AMDs rsr (radeon super resolution) to see if it helped with performance and when I switch my resolution to 720p the game crashed, and will always crash when I try to launch it. It crashes on the loading screen when launching and I can't change the resolution so I can't really play the game.
I'm in the same situation. Did you solve it?
