Negative LUX - Purchased Deluxe
Any support on that can help me? I purchased the deluxe but as per usual never checked what I got and as I did not recieve the premium pass immediately I purchased LUX and bought the pass. I then realised that I get the pass in the deluxe so I refunded the purchase. My LUX is now -1000. This is a pretty big system fail. I only realised the issue when I joined the Marathon server and everyone was saying it.

Update: I have submitted a new support ticket with full details — Request #447667. For any community manager who sees this: the ticket includes both Steam transaction IDs (LUX purchase and refund), a full sequence of events, and explains that I only discovered the Deluxe Edition included the Premium Pass after joining the Marathon Discord server. I purchased the LUX in complete good faith because the Premium Pass was not showing as unlocked in-game. I also purchased the minimum LUX package available (1100 LUX for $14.95 AUD), spent exactly 1000 of it on the Premium Pass, and refunded it the moment I realised I had already paid for it through the Deluxe Edition. This is not exploitation — it is correcting a double-purchase caused by an entitlement delivery failure. Previous tickets were closed by the automated system without any human review. Please can someone manually look at this account and verify the Deluxe Edition ownership. Thank you.
