Poor performance on RTX 5090
I experienced this same issue during the server slam where I would be arbitrarily capped at 160fps it seemed even though GPU utilization is around 60%. CPU utilization is also only around 30% on a 9950X3D. During the server slam, I was able to resolve this by enabling game mode in the windows game bar. Now in the release version I've tried to do the same thing, but the setting is not persisting or seemingly taking effect at all.

I have the same or a similar issue. rtx 5090 but an intel ultra 9 285k on windows 11. I'm getting anywhere from the low 100's to like 130 with everything maxed 4k. Dlss seems to do next to nothing, perhaps nothing at all. My driver is the latest version that literally just came out today i think. I've messed with a bunch of settings in game they seem to have no noticeable effect on fps.
I should be pushing like 240 i figured with my setup, something weird is going on for sure. Rigs with a lot less power are performing better
J Dub Did you figure out a fix im in the exact same position as you. I just watched a 4k benchmark for the game where the guy is getting 230-260fps and im like WTF im on an RTX 5090 and admittedly a 14900k but the difference between his 9800x3d isnt 130fps. Im getting around 110-120 fps and im so confused why
