Game Crash - BattleEye Bad packet
Bungie Account Name - CowBear#5535
Platform - Steam
Just before Midnight  3/1/2026 I was playing with a random and a friend. I believe this was near Hauler. My screen went black and I got a BattleEye pop up saying something similar to Bad Packet. When I clicked ok it brought me to a loading screen where I sat for a minute with no changes before closing my game.

EDIT - Forgot to say I play on wifi.

    Same error, I got a big red pop-up saying : 

    Bad Packet Battleye Error

    Then I clicked OK, but the game was stuck in an infinite loading loop, and I had to hard reset the game. Unfortunately, I lost all my loot...

    - on Steam 
    - 21-year-old account no bans and never had issues with any anti-cheat.

    Not quite a game crash but got kicked out, died and lost loot.

    ~ 10:50AM 3/12/26 in Hauler. Got killed by UESC and used self revive. As soon as I got up got the bad packet error alert. Sent back to main menu, was able to reconnect but was already dead.
