died randomly

literally was just walking around in solos with full health and shield and died, i didnt even get downed just fully died. no sound of other players cause there was no one around, no gun shot, just the sound of me walking and i dropped dead. showed "run complete" and then said i was eliminated. lost everything i had. thanks
