Bug report: Game chat not working outside of lobby.

Platform: Steam
Issue appears on second game of a newly launched marathon session. After the first game communication while in a run is impossible
Time: At start of slam, and have encountered ever since.
Repro: Seems to only happen AFTER your first game. restart fixes, but only for the first game, then issue comes back.
