Cursor Becomes Unresponsive on Launch – Unable to Sign In, Game Freezes After ~1 Minute (RTX 4060 Ti / Windows 11)

When launching Marathon during the Server Slam, my mouse cursor becomes unresponsive as soon as I reach the main menu/sign-in screen. I am unable to click or select anything, including the sign-in option.
