Bug Reporting Guide

First, be sure to visit the Known Issues List and make sure what you're experiencing isn't a known bug. In order to make the reporting process as smooth as possible we ask to please use the format below when submitting and please include any media if possible.

Videos and images are the easiest way for us to confirm/reproduce, and limits the back and forth messaging. If you are unable to provide any media, please do you best to list the reproduction steps.

Here is a template on what information you can provide to make your report as impactful as possible for our team.

• Bungie Account Name - Playername#1234,
• Platform - Steam, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X, etc,
• Description of Issue - General description of the issue in the game,
• Rough Date and Time of issue - Let us know roughly when this occurred, especially if it was a crash.,
• Repro steps - If you know the specific steps you took to cause the issue please try to recreate them step by step.,
• LINKS: Links to videos and/or screenshots will help us better figure out the issue. YouTube, Imgur, and Twitter work best (we can't view Dropbox, Discord, or Google Drive files).
