I didn't get my 7 kits after the launch issues and below is the screenshot of my mailbox, please fix I've been trying to talk to y'all all day about it thank you:)

I played all day since reset,lost all my free kits and was not compensated yet? when will they be given out? my friend got his, I've still been waiting all night.
