    could not collect quest items to progress faction quest, sample at west gate was spawned in the drivers cab instead if the back of the ambulance/health vehicle reloading the mission fixed the issue...

    I noticed 90% GPU usage while in the main menu looking at the vault/loadout other screens, playing a mission is no issue. I'm not seeing any of the weird black holes, texture or cursor issues like ...
