Missing server slam items
I am missing my server slam items. I was unable to purchase the game at launch and only now have I been able to get Marathon. Where are my rewards? I completed the first mission so I should have my rewards. Where are they? If I missed something could I have them added to my account? I wanted to be able to have my rewards but if I can't then I guess I'll just refund the game.

I went on the Discord and was unable to find support. I do hope the developers will take the time to look into this issue as it is of great importance. Unfortunatly, the users on the discord were incredibly toxic. I thank the volunteer moderator "Dante" for his quick and respectful response in the server. Should this not be resolved within a 13 day window due to Steam refund policy I will refund the game. If this issue is resolved and my items are restored I will be thankful and make sure to buy more Bungie products in the future.

I'm not going to wait any longer, I'm refunding the game and deleting my account. It is a sad state of affairs when a simple request to a paying customer cannot be fulfilled. I will from this point on boycott Bungie. Should a developer reach out to me after this point I may re purchase the game if my request is fulfilled.
