Season 2 Mailbox Completely Not Working – Missing Rewards - Borrowed items

My mailbox has not been working at all, I didnt receive the free sponsored kits due to servers crashing and my teammate got out of raid with my items which showed as borrowed however it did not show back up in my mail. I think it may be because i had pending mail from season 2 but im not sure.
