Timed explosion effect from Anomalous Sample persists on main menu screen

Description/Repro: I dropped the Unstable Sample before exfil. Post-run, the explosive and vision-distorting effects from the anomalous sample continued to occur on the main menu screen. Appeared to be at the same frequency as when in-run. My crewmates did not see the effects on their clients (PC also).
