SMOL K.I.T.T.Y. Weapon sticker missing

I had two SMOL K.I.T.T.Y. Weapon stickers from the mail that was delivered to players in April. I can not find them anywhere in my accessories tab, or on any of my weapons.

We understand you appear to be missing weapon stickers from your account. However, our records do not indicate you unlocked or received these stickers on your account. Did you make sure to claim them from the mail they came in?
If you did claim them, then do you happen to have screenshots or video footage which illustrates you previously had them on your account? If yes, then please consider uploading those visuals to a site like Imgur or Youtube, and linking us to them here. We'll then investigate.
The best evidence I have is a steam screenshot that shows I was playing when the stickers were sent in the mail.

On further review, our records do indicate you should have these stickers. If you are currently logged into Marathon, could you please log out and back in to see if that helps to prompt them to appear?
