Early Bird VIP Codex entries not unlocked properly
I reached VIP with all factions last season, and own the "Most Wanted" profile icon from the codex entry called "Diplomat", which is unlocked by earning VIP with all factions at once. Yet I was only rewarded the codex entries for "early bird VIP" on just MIDA and Sekiguchi. The other factions did not give me their profile background rewards.
I've uploaded a screenshot with my codex screen proving I simultaneously have the entry that's for "earning VIP rank for arachne" and not having the "early bird VIP" codex at the same time: https://imgur.com/a/TKhfCTt

We are aware of players reporting this issue and are investigating.
I'm having the same issue, same scenario.
Likewise. I was only given Early Bird VIP for Sekiguchi and MIDA, despite reaching VIP on all 6 factions.
I only got credit for Early Bird VIP on Sekiguchi and MIDA despite unlocking the VIP codex for each faction. Would like the banner and other unlockables. Thanks.
I unlocked VIP for all factions *except* SekGen in Season 1, but after the reset I got the codex entries for MIDA and SekGen and none of the other ones.
I'd be happy to trade the (undeserved) SekGen entry for the others I actually earned haha. Thanks for looking into this!
