C.A.R.R.I Items in Armory Not Refreshing

The C.A.R.R.I items in the Armory have not refreshed for at least 3 days that i have noticed but in hindsight probably much longer, on or prior to April 30th, i bought 2 volley rifles and all but 1 self revive, and on April 31st i noticed my friends had new weapons after daily reset and i didnt, i thought i got a blue backpack instead but that they say they have that in addition to the new weapon. I only had the backpack. I also was only able to buy one self revive, so it was evident that the items had indeed not refreshed. Now today as of May 1st i still only have a blue backpack available and no self revives after daily reset.
