Game puts me in wrong regions

Currently playing solo Dire Marsh and i have long queue times and get put into NA lobbies, not often but anything thats more than 0 is too much for me, i want to play on EU ping, the rubberbanding is already bad enough when playing in my own region, i dont need NA lobbies to make it even worse and i thought recently that issue was fixed in a recent patch but i suppose not.
