My platform is steam, this happened approximately 11pm PST on 4/18.
My friend who got stuck described how it happened:
"I was able to crouchwalk onto the pipes after climbing the trucks. From there, I simply kept walking and dropped into the spot I got stuck, thinking I could mantle out. I could not."
She tried using the thief grapple but it wouldn't pull her out. Also tried grenading herself to death multiple times, and we tried a regular revive and a triage prime ability revive, thinking maybe she'd revive out of the little hole, but neither worked.
This spot is on outpost, the exterior base of pinwheel. Like, outside, at a corner.
