Vandal Signal Jammer Thermal Issue

Description of Issue - Signal Jammer effect does not function correctly for Vandal. Seen here.
Rough Date and Time of issue - Any time. Footage taken 4/8/2026 8PM EST.
Repro steps - Running Vandal shell with signal jammer slide core and a torso with the enzyme duration extender effect. Had ally thermal scope me. Also tested with strictly a Signal Jammer consumable and had the same issue. Potentially only a bug for allies, unable to test with opponents.
