RUN/HIDE 1/6 Quest
If you open the Chem grenade chest and die before completing the quest, when you start another run to try again the chem grenade chest will no longer be available to open, therefore you can only complete the quest if you luckily find some chem nades or if you are able to purchase them from the armory. https://youtu.be/h2AwwGJbiTo

We are aware of players reporting this issue and are investigating.
I would like to add to this. I am hardlocked out of progressing MIDA because of this issue. I have purchased other chem nades/explosives from armory/brought into raid and they do not do damage to the containers under AI. I've even tried planting claymores and shooting them. As far as I can tell there is no way to progress and I cannot reset the quest.
Confirmation on main bug. Chem 'nade box still not openable on additional run, but loadout chem nades worked this time.
just pinging this thread. I'm stuck too. got killed by a runner while carrying the chem grenades. I'm not high enough rank with MIDA to buy more. so, soft locked. really tough. maybe consider making the chem grenades from the box "unstable"?
