Cyberacme contracts are disabled after leaving the game with unfinished "Tool cart / utility consumables" contract.

- Description of Issue - Cyberacme contracts are disabled after leaving the game with unfinished "Tool cart / utility consumables" contract. The contract screen for CyAC shows "Contracts disabled, oni has disabled this contract until further notice"
- Rough Date and Time of issue - Around 2 days ago.

Repro steps - IDK if they're 100% accurate but i think this is how roughly it happened to me.
1. Accept the contract that requires opening tool carts and using utility consumables.
2. Complete the tool cart part.
3. Exit game.
4. Come back to the game a day later. (i think) -

Please, do not dismiss this issue as it completely blocks CyAC progression.

Mine was disabled the same exact way. Tried leveling up other factions and still no luck.

Same problem, kept the contract partially done a few days I think and now Cyberacme is 100% locked, can't do any contract with them :(
