Contracts rerolls refresh is way too long

I was rerolling my CyAc contracts to get a better one, I went thru my 10 available, and I was shocked to see that the cooldown on 10 new refreshes was 90 HOURS. I was thinking maybe 24 hours, or 48 at the max. But no, 90 hours. Another person posted online that theirs was over 160 hours. For reference, 160 hours is almost an entire week! I feel like the refresh shouldent be 90 hours, let alone 160!!! Im unsure if this is a bug or a feature, but that time to wait is kinda stupid.
