Error disconnect right before exfil on Outpost.

Hi, my bungie name is: 999 (Adept)#4803

I was playing on Outpost in a group of 3 players and 1 minute before exfil i got error code weasel.

I had a blue backpack filled with salvage that i needed and a lot of valuable items. 

Is there any way i can get help getting the items from that run back? at least the items i started with? that would be amazing, i worked really hard for that loadout... the match was around 4:30 to 5 AM Amsterdam time. The match was on outpost and my teammates names are: Lleviathn#9766 and Xx0ld_Burns_88xX#4823
