Twitch drops still not working
I'm posting again because the auto-generated response I received didn't even try to help. I've had my bungie account linked for an exteneded period of time but I got a response saying I need to have linked before the event? This doesn't make sense because as you can see in the screenshot I've done other twitch drops. I've watched for enough time, and redeemed the Graffiti Bingus Emblem, background and sticker, in addition to the white and purple weapon skin but have only received the background in my account. It's been like a week and I basically haven't gotten any drops besides the background :( The date shown in the partner rewards screenshot is merely when I redeemed the reward, not when I linked my account.It is very dissapointing that you guys keep putting the blame back onto us,I was willing to spend money and support this game but this customer support is making me not want to support this game. You could easily just add the drops to our accounts, I don't understand treating your customers like this.
I got those drops. But didn't get my drops for the server slam. The worm stuff. Super frustrating
