Poor performance and low FPS with good computer
For context here is all my computer information: i7 14700k, RTX 3080, 64gb DDR4 3200mhz, odyssey g9 monitor resolution 5120x1440, nvidia driver: 595.79 (latest as of march 10th), latest intel CPU drivers. When the game launched, I was consistently getting 100-130 fps, now after the latest update (1.0.0.4), on the same settings my FPS has gone as low as 45 and the highest i've seen is 86 (monitored and recorded for consistency). Problem 1: 100-130fps is lower than any other game like this I have played (either extraction shooter or shooter in general on similar settings), I feel like it should be higher. Problem 2: this update (1.0.0.4) killed my FPS, which has forced me to use lossless scaling (frame generation program) just to reach a playable 120fps. From what everyone is posting online it seems like a known issue, but 45 fps on a shooter is a no go. I really enjoy this game but the biggest issue by far is the lack of optimization and performance I'm getting. I have a freind with a 5090 and ryzen 9 9950x3d and no matter what settings he has on (max graphics or lowest), he cant get above 130-140 fps, he is easily getting 240+ on battlefield 6 and other AAA titles with similar graphics and graphic settins. Hope this helps and I really hope this issue can get resolved soon.
