MIDA run/hide
On MIDA run/hide you have to grab the chem grenades from a box in maintenance and use them on the underground research stufff in AI uplink. But if you grab it once you cant open it again. So I grabbed it died and was unable to finish the quest but now I cant grab any more chem grenades and am unable to buy any from the shop.

Exact same issue
Having the same issue, tried chem grenades from a contract package and those didn't work, also tried getting to the chem grenades box in maintenance several times and I've never been able to interact with it again. At this point Im,stuck until there's some sort of patch or fix for the quest
Same here. Quest soft locks after picking up once and failing it. Chem grenade box cannot be interacted with subsequently. Have verified on multiple runs
