Extracted but Eliminated (with video)

My squad and I extracted from Dire Marsh successfully, only to be shown as eliminated in the results screen.
This occurred on March 11 2026 around 9pm CST.
It was near the end of the match, with our team just narrowly making it to the guarded exfil between Anomaly and Complex. Once the 25 minute window hit 0, we were on the final minute. With 5 seconds left my teammate jumped in the circle. With the added 10 seconds for extraction, my other teammate and I joined. No one was downed, and the matter transfer seemed like a success. After a loading screen, we were all seen as eliminated.

Thank you for your report and the video.
We understand that you and your team died despite exfiltrating. Having reviewed the video, however, we can see that your mission timer ran down to zero before you managed to exfiltrate. This would be why the match ended as it did. We hope that this clarifies this.
